Conversations in Partnership announces the dates April 19 & 20, May 3, and May 18, 2012. for the 4-day Appreciative Inquiry [AI] programme in Bristol with facilitator Anne Radford. This programme, using Strength-based Approaches to Personal and Organisational Change: the Theory and Practice of Appreciative Inquiry, will through practical application explore how the relational approach to change brings about creative and sustainable action in personal, organizational and social change situations.

Conversations in Partnership was launched in Spring 2009 by Halina Jaroszewska PCC. The Hot Coaching Topics Conferences took centre stage in response to the question ‘When is there time to really talk about the current hot issues?’ Now the offering is being broadened to include specific professional development workshops run by sought-after international experts in their field.

Halina runs three thriving coaching businesses, works as an associate, is passionate about her professional development, finds time to be a gardener as well as being of service to the coaching community which presents interesting and rewarding challenges.

And for experienced coaches, Conversations in Partnership is creating a year long ‘on your virtual doorstep’ programme of provocative and exploring conversations around the ICF Core Competencies with world thought leaders in the coaching field. The start date in January 2012 will be confirmed shortly.

Conversations in Partnership has booked the 2012 date for the annual Hot Coaching Topics Conference. It is Tuesday, 19 June. Booking will open in January 2012 with the ‘Early Bird’ offer. We look forward to you joining us!
